CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS! WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The Journey is fast approaching and we need more stage hands (technical personnel) volunteers. The Journey dates are December 5th – 9th and December 12th – 16th. If you are interested and can help out in any way, please email us your availability. If you can only work one night great! If you can work 5 nights or all 10 nights great! We are in the process of putting together a schedule and we would appreciate your help in filling in time slots. Thank you!

Registration/Greeters – Assist guests with registration, help assemble guests into tribes.
Parking/Ushers – Direct traffic, direct guests to registration areas at Link and in main lobby.
Special Needs Team – Drive golf carts for special needs guests, assist with special needs tribes.
Break Room Monitor – Make sure there are plenty of supplies for cast members/volunteers, assist with cleaning each night.
“Crock Pot” Ministry - Provide snacks and food for volunteers and cast members in the break rooms.
Super Servants – Make sure trash is cleared, gazebos are clean and stocked with supplies for actors, keep torches fueled and lit. Serves from 4-5 pm daily during The Journey.
* Kid friendly volunteer area
Marketplace Actors – Actors assume the roles of various Bethlehem citizens. From food servers to blacksmiths, the townsfolk bring The Journey to life!.
* Kid friendly volunteer area
Costuming – Assist actors daily by selecting costumes and accessories, collect costumes at the end of the night and organize the costumes.
Sewing – Assist before The Journey by making, repairing, and organizing costumes.
"Men in Black" – Work behind the scenes each night with technical aspects and props.
Animal Handlers – Care for animals while they are on campus by feeding them and making sure they are in their proper areas at night. Care for the animals even on nights The Journey is not operating.
Daily Corral Cleanup – Clean up after animals in corral and redistribute hay daily.
* Kid friendly volunteer area
Breakdown/Cleanup Crew – Tear down sets, clean the campus, help store props and supplies.
Spanish Guides – Anyone who can assist with Hispanic guests on the two Thursday nights.
Roman Tents – Organize tribes.
* Kid friendly volunteer area; Kids can hand out golden coins to guests.
Docks/Waterfront/Boats - Assist guests with putting on life vests, make sure guests safely get on and off the boats
We need more lifeguards and boat drivers.
Builders/Painters – Assist set construction and design team. Volunteers can assist at any time, but these 3 Saturdays have been set aside to tackle some of the bigger projects:
