FAQ

How long is the Journey experience, registration to exit?
Visitors can expect to be here approximately an hour and a half. Peak times on weekends will be longer.

What if I, or someone in my family, has a special need?
We have trams available for people with special needs who can’t walk the trail.  The space on these trams is limited but we will try to accommodate at least one family member to ride with each special needs guest.

Is there much walking? Is the ground uneven?
The Journey is roughly 3/10 of a mile on a cleared path through the woods. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

How should I dress for the Journey?
Since most of the experience will be outside, guests should dress with the winter weather in mind.

Is there a maximum charge per family?
Tickets are $5 and are available at The Source Bookstore or online. Children 5 and under are free and no immediate family pays more than $20. Discounts are available for active-duty military, fire, and police personnel with ID.

Is there child care available?
No childcare is provided. The Journey is designed for families with children of all ages, however kids old enough to stand and walk the trail will have the best experience. For safety, strollers are not allowed on the trail.
